Team Structure

The Project Ver organisational structure

Project Lead

The Project Lead will be the forefront of our project. They will be responsible for allocating tasks and resources to the relevant heads, and handling our stakeholder communications, which will include regular project updates.

Head of Product

The Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle of our product. This will include ensuring that the project is progressing in accordance with our agreed upon timeline and our stakeholder requirements are being incoorporated into the final product. 

Head of Design

The Head of Design will focus on the user experience and ensure that the final product we produce will seemlessly integrate, and support, a part of the low to no vision communities daily tasks.

Head of Engineering

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for the technical aspects of the project, which will involve allocating tasks and resources to the software and hardware leads, as requirements are identified and communicated from the Project Lead and Head of Project

Software Lead

The Software lead will oversee the development and testing of the software that will be used by our product, and ensure it will accurately perform for our identified use cases.

Hardware Lead

The Hardware Lead will be responsible for the circuit design, development, and testing. This will include improvements upon Project Ver One, wherever possible, to further support the low to no vision community.
