S1 Mid Semester Break

Welcome back everyone! This week, we concluded ANU’s two-week teaching break, so we are excited to let you know what we got up to during the university shutdown period.  

Over the last two weeks, we have been finishing up a lot of our project administration for the first stage of the project.  We have been very busily reaching out to more stakeholders from the low/no vision community and recording their valuable input as requirements. We have also been reaching out to several organisations and subject matter experts, who have provided us with valuable information for our project. A big thank you to everyone who has given us input on the project so far, and especially to the individuals who have reached out to us through our landing page. We are ever so grateful. 

We were also able to meet in person with our Project Host, Alex Ollman, for the first time at the start of the week where we were excited to update him on our progress over the break. 

Now, coming into week 7 of our project, we are wrapping up our initial stakeholder reach out and focusing on completing the documenting and refining of our requirements. Once we have concluded this, we can begin the next exciting phase of our project, Concept Design!
