Week 4

Audit one week:  

Delivered ConOps, PMP, Landing page 

First meeting with Project Ver 2024 team 

Access to previous team’s prototype and repository 

Handover process initiated. 

Over the past few weeks, we have been busily working to meet our first major capstone milestone, Audit One. For this Audit, our team has developed several key project governance documents such as our initial Concept of Operations and Project Management Plan. We have also been polishing our Landing Page. We have also started the Handover Process from the previous Project Ver team, which is a critical part of understanding, in detail, the work they did last year and what they achieved so we may decide the next steps to continue Project Ver. This week, our team met with the previous project team to ask them detailed questions about their previous work. We also obtained access to the previous team’s repository and code which we have started reviewing, as well as their prototype Ver 1 and their left-over resources.  

Are next steps for Week 5 will be to continue the handover process by systematically and thoroughly going through all the information in the previous team’s repository, and identifying the existing stakeholders we may start reaching out to. Week 5 will also be our post Audit One review week where we will collect and action feedback from our Host, Tutor, Shadow Team, and ourselves on our Audit One deliverables and works so far.
