Audit one feedback reviews. 

Continuing handover process of previous team’s work 

Initial stakeholder engagement started. 

This week is our post Audit One review week, and we have been busy collecting all the valuable feedback on our progress so far into Audit One that we have received from our Host, Tutor, Shadow Team, and team members. This week we will focus on reviewing this feedback and actioning it as appropriate. 

We have also been continuing the Handover Process of the project from 2024 into 2025. Each of our team members has been assigned a section of the previous team’s repository to review and we are documenting the contents and location of each file in the previous repository so that we may be able to more easily locate critical information when it is needed. We have also been noting our key takeaways from the previous team’s work that we may be able to apply this year to improve the quality of our own work. 

We have also initiated our stakeholder engagement process by reaching out to several of the stakeholders that were involved in Project Ver 2024.  We are looking forward to hearing back from them soon and hopefully continuing our relationship with them into this iteration of Project Ver.
