This week we have concluded our requirements analysis. Thank you to all our stakeholders who gave us feedback on the final requirements. Your input is invaluable to the success of Project Ver. Thank you also to our project host, Alex, for reviewing our requirements and giving us your feedback. Now that we have completed our requirements analysis and design criteria, we are able to create the metrics for analysing potential solutions when we complete concept generation.

Additionally, now that our requirements are complete, we were able to work through a V0-V3 exercise where we brainstormed the functionalities of Ver 2.0. From this, we have now mapped out our minimum viable product, our final product, our stretch goal product and our idealistic product for the next iteration of Project Ver. We were also able to complete our functional analysis of Ver 2.0 which is a key component for concept generation.

Our team is also busy preparing for our next major milestones, the first of which being the Mid Project Presentation in week 10, where we get to share with our Capstone year, the value of our project and what we are going to achieve. We have assigned speakers and are preparing our slides and materials. We have also presented a practice run to our host, Alex, and to our tutor, Tim, and we are incorporating their feedback so that we can do justice to this incredible project. This is a very busy, but very exciting next few weeks. As always, if you would like to reach out or have feedback for us, send us an email at projectver2025@gmail.com or contact us via our socials.
